Since they can't transfer the rights to run a game based off of a Dreamworks' IP (How To Train Your Dragon), as the IP is owned by Dreamworks and Jumpstart is merely borrowing it, they're forced to shut down the game rather than sell or transfer it.

Pros: Game is engaging, fun, and open-ended, and it should appeal to casual and serious gamers alike. Cons: Learning is inconsistent and somewhat incomplete within the game.
