Wrath is a lot more flexible in terms kingdom management, kingmaker has a lot of ways to screw up in terms of kingdom management but there are mods to bypass this for both. Kingmaker has a stricter schedule than wrath, so its easier to lose outside of adventuring.
Kingmaker is very good and worth getting. It's a different style of game, although having some similarities. I personally recommend it, as I had great fun with it. The writing and worldbuilding are good, and the combat system is original but fairly well designed imo.
Pathfinder: Kingmaker, a video game adaptation of the popular tabletop RPG, earned a spot on this list with a 77.5-hour campaign. Completionists can expect to spend 198 hours with the isometric RPG.
When focusing on the main objectives, Pathfinder: Kingmaker is about 76½ Hours in length. If you're a gamer that strives to see all aspects of the game, you are likely to spend around 199 Hours to obtain 100% completion.
Wrath is much more enjoyable to actually play. Both games are great and storywise, you can play them in either order. Gameplaywise I think you'll find it easier to play kingmaker first. And learning the systems there will make Wrath much easier to get into afterwards.
